The Real Book.

If there's any sort of jazz community at all where you are, there are going to be people with that CD. I was at a jazz camp this summer with ~90 students ranging from 16 to an ancient clarinet player (coolest guy EVER) and almost everyone had the CD.

EDIT: Yeah, that one.
 
I kinda feel embarassed that I've got it. :ninja: It's a great tool for learning, but like everything, it can be... misused. I've decided to leave it in the house. It helps when studying records, and trying to analyze tunes.
