Come'on, I just got in from a road trip and picked up a chip in my windshield. What's with the line and the dots in the wood? We're dying out here!

I had two p bass bodies and decided to make a double neck so I cut the top portion of one, bottom of the other and glued them, then I forgot about it for a couple years.
I at that point decided I needed a p body and made the hole thing back into one usable p body.

Later still I decided to rather crudely experiment on said body by hollowing the horns with a forstner bit, then it got used as a neck holder for my neck jig having some big bolts put through it in that process.
Next it became a punk sort of sticker covered thing for awhile (stickers covering all the holes)
Finally I decided to give it some love thus it's current state.

The wood on the horns is white pine, top half of the body is basswood, (this is good wood for bass) the lower half is alder, the dowels and what not where added mostly just for fun.

It was originally done for Stuart Zender of Jamiroquai, they call it the "Iroquai Rug Bass." Probably just appropriation. :\
