Thanks ... The bridge pickup was made by Sergio in Portugal ... it is similar to the 4003s5 bridge pickup. It is 15k ohms and single coil. The neck pickup is a Rickenbacker hb-2 single coil 8k ohm pickup modified to fit under a toaster cover. The Schaller bridge gives it a look and makes the spacing adjustable.

The fret buzz was way too prominent for me. :hmm: I just fixed the bridge on my Ric last night and set it to keep buzz away even if I dig in. (I've been slowly restoring/cleaning it up in the last few days since I bought it. It really feels like the bass was played a lot and then ignored since the 1980s.)
