Try a George Foreman grill for cooking bacon. Chewy or crisp, you decide. We have mixed bacon preferences in my household and everyone is happy with the grilling.

One pound of bacon on a foil covered cookie sheet. Set oven for 375 F. Bake approx. 15-18 minutes. Drain by placing strips of bacon on paper towels. Enjoy.

mix brown sugar, chopped pecans, and either cayenne or chipotle powder. coat bacon slices with mixture, put bacon on a cooling rack set inside a sheet pan. Bake until crispy.

Here's my secret for making it in the microwave:

start cookin' in the microwave. Grease drips off; bacon gets crispy.
