A friend has just finished his graphic novel "The Siver Chord"
Here is what he said about it:
This is just a message to let you know about a 211 page graphic novel that I co-authored and co-illustrated is now available for FREE online!

This is a novel that I co-created/authored with very creative team of people. It’s called The Silver Cord. A coming of age story about a misfit teenage girl who’s thrown between an epic battle between dark angels and quantum robots. Senior Maverick Kevin Kelly of WIRED magazine calls this book a techno-epic and I couldn’t agree more.

Yup, it's a graphic novel which is another name for a very long comic book.

The first 11 pages were 99% pictures!

I was going off the description from slobake. I'm not much of a reader, so the pictures are appealing to me. I thought graphic was meaning like very descriptive, not much left to the imagination graphic.

I got to read about one third of it this morning. I really like the artwork. The people and creatures are cool and he does a great job of depicting the San Francisco landscape. I also like the main character Tasi quite a bit, half angel half human. Also I really like how he describes what self awareness would look like in a robot.

I'm about halfway through it so far. This is pretty epic, especially while listening to Travis Larson for background music.

Definitely gonna support and pimp.
