There is a lot of history, creativity, development and lovely tone machines on these 1000 pages of pictures, comments and cruel Testimony to GAS. I am certainly a guilty hoarder of Sushi Box FX goodness.

Well I've only been a part of this thread since the new year or so, but I've got to agree, the level of engagement from the designer and creator of a product is rarely as good as it is here, I also love the design ethos and attention to detail that seems to go into everything.
Plus the rest of you on here are pretty great too, I've learnt a lot from scrolling through the older pages.

Dunno but since I rolled that 12AU7 in my Slampegg I might not use my MORE as a sweetener/boost after it now because the 12AU7 sounds so incredibly smooth. I recommend if anyone has a spare 12AU7 to try it out. I ended up asking if it was safe to roll different tubes in my PF50T in the Portaflex club thread because of how much I'm liking it

I've only been on the Sushi train a little over a year, but man I'm happy I stumbled across Nathan's work! In this world of live gigging and recording that seems to be consistently moving further and further away from the "big amp turned up loud" practice, having my "Orange" sound tucked tidily away on a pedalboard has been a game-changer. I can just roll up to a gig anywhere in the world, with whatever janky (or slammin') backline is provided, including no amp at all, and be instantly comfortable that I can provide a consistent tone with which I am very satisfied.

Just a bid for the last post on page 1000. When I first plugged in a used Space Heater (which unfortunately died soon after), my spouse called my new bass sound "the deep sexy" and thus a new loyalty to Sushi was born.
