There's nothing better than playing with your kid. I have only been able to practice with my oldest daughter a couple of times, but it was a real pleasure.

Anyway, I think you guys should try to feed music skills into the younger generation, and get your kids playing. Pass on the skill and keep it alive
My dad, hardly being able to play himself, bought me a nylon string acoustic guitar for my 5th? birthday.
I was bought up on REM, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cockney Rebel etc, while everybody was listening to Spice Girls, Gareth Gates or whatever.
Fell in love with playing from that day until now.
So, keep the young'ns rocking hard, and make it clear that if they arrive home with an Ndubz album, they are living outside.
