Hi. the 7 Steps is a series of Courses on Pentations, Effects, Different Techniques, Ear Training, Gear and a huge playalong section with a guide to how and where the ideas came from.

The Bass Academy is more of a full course on how to master your instrument creatively there are tons and tones of lessons and courses from Sight Reading, Modes, Triads, Intervals, BeBop, Bass Lines. There is over 20 chapters.
The material gets drip fed each month.
