The what beer are you drinking (and or rating) thread.

Picked up a case of these:

and ...

So-so. Drinkable, but a bit lacking in booty. A bit too skinny for a pale ale. Inoffensive.

It may be time for a new thread, but I just got back from Green's in Atlanta with a bounty of goodness and had to gloat. My guitarist and I went to GC (yada yada), Green's and then off to Little 5 Points for a Vortex burger. It's gonna be a good week me thinks.....

Contrary to what I thought in my earlier post, this has not been a good week. I've had a cold with a stopped up head and I can't taste a thing. All those good beers just sitting in the fridge, mocking me each time I open the door. I'm really anxious to try the Chatoe Rogue Dirtoir Black Lager, but I'm not gonna have one until my taster recovers; no point in wasting the good stuff......

Oh how they mock me, calling my name....

I got a sixer of Mighty Arrow after seeing it on here, and because it was from New Belgium. I really liked Fat Tire, and seeing as it was from the same company, I figured I would give it a shot.

It pours a much brighter and lighter color than the Fat Tire. Smells of citrus, mostly like grapefruit to me. It is fairly "thin" and leaves a nice lace. Decent mouthfeel. I enjoyed it.

We also picked up one of these in the "big jug" size:

I know that isn't beer, but I'm equally excited about it.
