I also think that we bassists often feel isolated. For example, I've got no bassist friend in real life, even though mqny of my friends are musicians. I think I'm the only bassist I know in real life basically.

So, maybe, when we go to Talkbass, we're so happy to feel less alone, that we're all super gentle and benevolent, because we're grateful to feel the sense of belonging to a community, at last.
