There is one step you can do that really cuts down on the time it takes to track and remove these bad (mislabeled) ads. If you're on a page that throws up a sticky footer ad, go up to the address bar and add #audit to the end of the URL. Hit "enter" or "go" and your screen should freeze with an overlay on top of every ad on the page that says "Report This Ad". Click on that to report an ad directly to the source with all the info they need to zap it.
It's rather cumbersome to do on mobile, unfortunately.
