Levi’s, a blue work shirt with rolled up sleeves, harness boots and a fringed leather vest was the uniform of the non-conformist in my day.
In elementary school, my sneakers either had four stripes, or two.

I may not see the books anymore but the TV series is on every weekday morning in my area.
Would love to know what the creative director’s thought process was on shifting from illustrations on a children’s book/ comic to photos. No judgment, but curious about the thought process.

@sneha1965 Just a guess, but it might have been cheaper and faster for the publisher to purchase publicity stills from the production company rather than pay an artist to create an original work.
Once upon a time, GHS made these....I've had this one since the early 80s.Still works (though rarely used,my daily one is a discontinued Waves iGTR with built-in effects)...the box is buried in a drawer somewhere around here.
And idiot school administrators would go insane if you drew one now!
Had this board game as a kid in the 70's. It was released as a tie-in to a short-lived 1974 CBS TV series.
