Still on, on one of the local cable channels here. I sometimes watch it until the mind-numbing commercial break.

I have a couple of work contacts (subcontractors) that still have that aol.com email.

Heck, I feel like a dinosaur myself sometimes with my Hotmail account as my main email.

^ Had a few of those growing up! Also had one that 'ran' on tablets...like a small alka-seltzer fizzy thing. Probably was just compressed baking soda/powder but as a kid who knew?

I saw two or three DeLoreans at a car show a few years back.

Speaking of obscure cars with gull-wing doors, when was the last time anyone saw a Bricklin SV-1?

Only made for a year or two in the mid-1970s (in Canada iirc), they were touted as a "safety" vehicle because that weird telescoping front bumper could absorb a 10mph impact at a time when every other domestic car would crumple at anything over 5mph. Or something like that...

Here's one I never quite understood the allure...
You set it in motion and then watch it bob back and forth. After doing that once, why would you ever want to do it again? LOL

Yep, those were the days....out for 12-14 hours, not be tracked by parents, no phone calls home....just out being kids in the neighborhood. Good times .....good times.

Now I guess there's an app for that. I grieve for generation now, whatever we call the latest after millenials. If kids played for hours unsupervised, they would learn conflict resolution, and develop coping skills. We might not have a society of easily insulted school shooters.
I can't imagine being young and not exploring the woods over 2 counties. The adventures gave us skills, fitness, the ability to work together solving problems and behavior, and most importantly fun. Oh Crap, I'm my grandfather! <end of rant>
