As I recall, one opened the trunk only.
Or 1 opened the trunk and doors and the other started the car, I can't remember.
I had forgotten about these "break-in" records until looking at this thread recently.

Kibble, milkbones, and P Basses. And redheads.
One was for doors and engine, other was trunk, so valet didn't get into your trunk.
I haven't heard one of these novelty records since the '70s! I never knew they were called "break-in" records.
This "break-in" record, "Moonflight" by Vik Venus, Alias: Your Main Moon Man (Jack Spector), was a Top 40 U.S. hit in 1969. I still have the 45 record I bought back then.
The Fender Vibratone was a Leslie speaker designed for use with electric guitars. It was made by Fender from 1967-1972. Named after the first Leslie speaker made for the Hammond Organ in 1941, the Vibratone was associated with the electric guitar, although it was used in vocals on many famous songs. The Vibratone was essentially an equivalent of the Leslie 16. A prime example of the Vibratone's sound is on the song "Cold Shot" by Stevie Ray Vaughan.
My Buick and Pontiac had 3 keys. The round one opened the doors, trunk and glove box, the squared one was to start the car and a smaller one for the gas cap.
I believe I still have one of these around somewhere. Similar in concept, but not quite as cool
