My extended family had many people who smoked--and some who still do.I'm curious. Did your parents smoke?
I loved candy cigarettes, and gum cigarettes. Both my parents smoked. I started smoking in the 5th grade, and for about 20 years smoked 2 1/2 to 3 packs a day. Most of the people I know who never smoked also had parents who didn't.
Richland... are you my brother????
Just about everything you post, I grew up with. Completely forgot about the concentration game, which we used to play all the time (and can be bought real cheaply on ebay, by the way). And my brother built the digicomp 1, which I never really understood. But he loved it.
I vaguely (I think) remember the concentration card game, DEFINITELY remember Duffy's Daredevils. I believe I got it for Christmas when I was 6 or 7 years old.
Maybe I was your uncle?
Hey, member these things???

LOL. My wife saw the helmets I posted and said, "I REMEMBER THEM! THEY USED TO SERVE ICE CREAM IN THEM!"
