^ Just looking at those average costs...almost all of them have increased roughly by a factor of 10-12 in today's markets.

That depends entirely on perspective. As a bored preadolescent in an era AM radio and only 3, over-the-air TV stations, it was fun!Oh, geez yes, what an annoyance those were.

Nowadays, in the US, that guy would be able to buy a Lamborghini in a month if he just quits smoking.
Certain ad tactics....
If my math was in the ballpark, that’s about $25-30 he’s doing in one “smoke”.
Last time I was in a "Johnny Rockets" (paying way too much money for a tiny hamburger
), they still had these in the booths.

I can only guess the franchisee operating the one I was in must be incredibly stingy, then.
I have one of them in the garage.And! Make sure it's a Polaroid old enough you had to unfold the bellows that held the front lens!
Yeah, I've got one around here somewhere.
It may take me a while to figure out exactly where, but it's still here... (I'm pretty sure.)
