Everything there but the one I used!
I think I've built close to 1000 models in my life - and the strangest thing is that I don't have a clue what happened to a single one of them. Maybe it was all the glue, lol

I've built hundreds. I had planes hanging from my ceiling when I was a kid. I had about 15 planes built that my ex threw out before we got divorced. I'm currently working on a car, once I get the basement set up properly I'll finish it.

I'm pretty certain I built every Revell motorcycle model that was available in the 70s. I know I built every Aurora Monster model. MPC kits were my favorite car models. Boats, planes and tanks I built, but they weren't my favorites.
I used to buy a model every Friday for just about as long as I can remember.
I also at one point got into the balsa wood planes, and went nuts with them too. Had them hanging all over my bedroom as you did

This was the favorite of my motorcycle models. I re-purchased one about 10 years ago and I'm still building it, lol. I might be up to step 3. Its not fun for me any more for some reason.
I also was big-time into model building. Mostly aircraft, but occasionally a race car or motorcycle would pique my interest.
Some of the planes would eventually end up as BB gun practice...we'd suspend a length of fishing line between two posts or tree branches and as one of us would slide the plane down the line, the other would plink it with the BB gun.

We blew ours up with firecrackers and rocket engines.
Lol! I did the same... and took photos while the explosions went off. Timing was off in quite a few, but I got a number of really nice explosive shots. No idea what happened to any of the photos, Mom probably threw them all out (along with my just after Mercury orbiting the earth, autographed by John Glenn photo), after I moved out.
In the "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing" category, I had just enough time under my belt with small electronics as a kid to connect a disused lamp cord and its plug to the battery terminals of one of those sad little two-position-switch remote control cars that changed direction only by going forward/turn-on-reverse.
We plugged it in to a household outlet that was controlled by a wall switch, and watched the car as we flipped it to "ON." The resulting "explosion" was just a puff of smoke, but it certainly rendered the car unusable.
After that, we went back to firecrackers.
That "Revell" logo was one of the most familiar of my childhood.
I've build planes, cars, superheroes, etc. But may favorite was ships. In each build I would leave a.cherry bomb. When I got tired of a ship, it'd be floated out in the lake, doused with lighter fluid and we'd throw matches at it. One day, sinking the USS Nebraska, the cherry bomb went off and molten plastic shrapnel flew past my face with that vvrrrrrp sound. I knew I'd dodged a bullet and ceased sinking the fleet.

Reminds me of Mom. She died in ‘97 (two years after Dad). She loved fishing. After her death, I counted 25 poles in the garage. She loved ocean fishing.

Dunno about you, guys. But this animal has pretty much disappeared in my neck of the playing world. Yeah, he shows up when you’re going to see a name band. He used to come cheaply.
