Here are a few department stores from the mid-Atlantic states that are no longer.

Value City started out as a part of Schottensteins department store in Columbus. Schottensteins lasted until the late 90s or early 2000s, I think, because they couldn’t rename them until the founder died.Here are a few department stores from the mid-Atlantic states that are no longer.

Value City started out as a part of Schottensteins department store in Columbus. Schottensteins lasted until the late 90s or early 2000s, I think, because they couldn’t rename them until the founder died.
OSU still has the Value City arena at the Schottenstein center, where the men’s basketball and hockey teams play. I believe the lady Bucks still play at St. John’s arena, where the last men’s team to win a national championship in 1960 played.
