....unless you work at Blockbuster.

Indubitably, my good man. I knew someone who had to work afternoon to early next morning closings (Fri-Sat) at McDonald’s . Ex girlfriend of mine. She....unless you work at Blockbuster.
Still better than fast food though.![]()

My Blockbuster was NEVER that uncrowded (or as well-stocked) on a Friday night. Even trying to get there somewhat early, around 4pm, it was a madhouse and I'd often get stuck perusing the aisles for whatever was left, looking for something semi-interesting. Often I'd find a movie I'd never heard of, with a picture of a well-known celebrity on the cover, only to get it home and watch it, learning that so-and-so made this movie when they were a nobody, and only had a 15-second appearance as an extra.

We had that EXACT vacuum. Wow. Thanks for that. I can still hear the pieces snapping into place. Can smell it too, a little bit of pop corny smell
My guess is too many of those toys were being found in the poops of people's kidsWhat happened to the Cracker Jack toys? All they are now are paper items.

We played with all kinds of goop and putty growing up. Probably some toxic stuff too but we had fun and survived using our imaginations. Here’s something sad…Virtual Playdough! Dang!
