I just saw the ants in a snow storm TV screen last week. We were playing a gig and there was a big screen TV behind us and it was on the screen.

What you see is the residual background radiation or Cosmic Background Radiation from the so-called Big Bang. It was “discovered” in 1965 by 2 Bell Labs researchers after being predicted in 1948.
Most kids today will never see a non-defined channel on analogue TV and consequently miss seeing a 20th century version of a baby picture of the universe.
I had a Dymo. I think it is still here.

My label maker is in my top desk drawer. It still works. I got it in the early 1960's as a kid.
