That reminds me of my grandmother's TV in the early 70s which reminds me of these:

No lie…in high school our driving instructor told us to watch out for people with these in the back window of their car. He implied they indicated a senior driver that may cause an accident!

Pipeye, Peepeye, Poopeye, and Pupeye are all nephews of Popeye and apparently quadruplets. Talk about bad parenting, they all have an anchor tattoo to match Popeye's.

My Grandparents had one that looked just like this back in the ‘50s. Mom ended up with it, but I’ve no idea where it went. Mom’s been dead 25 years and I last remember it in the ‘60s. I don’t know if it was a standard thing, but the one they had a hollowed area inside the body on the back side with a long clear light bulb.
