I really liked these candy bars.

I still have the Fender 18” working cab in decent shape that I used to haul around when I played out in the 70’s-80’s and it will fill a decent sized space with a sub bass you can feel. I played through this cab using a Traynor YBA-1 head which I also still have!

Back breaking to carry but it sounded great. Hence my avatar name “sub” Human! Don’t see these items anymore!

Shhhh! Don’t spoil the magic for those who still are still pretending. Lol! Remember all those vapor trails in space or clouds on the moon on all those Commander Cody shorts? We were all kids and so thought it was cool. Those were the days at the Saturday morning flicks at Mare Island Naval base theater. That and 10cent popcorn. Here’s an episode..It gets really hokey from about 12:20 on.

I’d always see his record commercials nonstop decades ago. The yodeling guy. The secret weapon that killed the martians in Mars Attacks!

Yet, I never realized that he sang one of those songs I always liked back in my younger days in the 60s…

Got pulled off of YouTube, but a chain of early 80's soft rock stations had commercials that featured the likes of Slim Whitman and best of all, Lee Ving and Fear in an ad for Magic 106 FM in L.A. The tagline being "You won't hear FEAR very often on Magic 106", and Lee immediately launches into a rant about it being a communist plot. I miss stuff like that.

That was my first amp head . I thought it was pretty darn good but had the itch to get an SVT and made the leap.

They still bring a premium on Reverb and ebay.

I paid $125 for it back in the early 70's! I stopped playing out but have kept playing in a home studio so I didn't need the gear anymore. My son plays in a band and has an Ampeg for live but I think he's going to take my old Traynor for his practice space. Gotta recycle to save the earth!
