I remembered that it was boxier and sturdier than a portable top-loading cassette player. The baby is bare-bones! It doesn't even have a tape counter! But all I wanted was a way to play my cassettes on my stereo, and that's exactly what I got.
Don't let the red button fool you - it's a "Stop/Eject" button, not "Record."
