Yes in general, but I have noted a couple of radio and TV commercials that use Mambo music, and to me it's bizarre. Still remember my mom spinning "Mama Loves Mambo" by Perry Como in the 50's. I can remember Hendrix doing a tune that had kind of a cha-cha feel to it, 40 yrs. ago of course. Don't think MTM was on there, though :D

I was about 8 years old in he mid seventies when my family had a baby raccoon for a summer. I don't recall the specifics on how we acquired it, I think it fell from a tree or something while we were on a camp out with my mom's girl scout troupe. We had to meet back with the forest ranger guy and release it after a month or two.
Too bad my teens & twenties were a bit too adventuresome otherwise I'd remember more about it. But I do remember it scaling the fence, falling in the pool, peeing in the dogs water dish, biting my thumbs when I held it under it's arms like a baby (which I figured out vigorously shaking it would stop that behavior - "look mom, this is how you keep it from biting you!" <shake shake shake shake> .... <SMACK to the back of the head> "YOU DON'T DO THAT TO HER!") :bawl: ahhh the 70's :D

But, I did learn one thing: there's no way anybody was keeping a baby raccoon after a couple months, they're wild, duh! lol
