I don't know - when I was a kid we lived in a very rural area for a few years and I had to see a dentist that was using chisels, hammers and pliers. It sure felt like that picture to my 9 yo self....^ Ya think that MAYBE that is a posed shot? Especially since both the chains and rope are pretty loose.

5th Avenue Candy Bars (with Almonds) when they were made by Luden's Candy Company. Hershey makes them now but no almonds on them. Not as good.
