I worked with a guy that collected rare Hot Wheels and (according to him) some were worth as much as the real car!While cleaning out my mother's house recently, I found a 1st year Hot Wheels Redline Camaro like this in pristine condition that I got new when I was a kid.
These guys you used to park on your street and we would all come running to risk it all for a ride

Wow if they took that down the Highway at 65 mph while it was running...now THAT would be a ride!
My friends who are big Hot Wheels collectors and dealers said this is one of the Sweet 16 original redline Hot Wheels and it's worth quite a bit and extremely collectible; especially in the condition mine is in. One guy said it's the nicest one he has ever seen.
Thought about this the other day, Back when you could work on your car and truck yourself this was the bible for do it yourself mechanics

I watched some old att video and back then you needed to open like 8 programs to see if you misspelled a word. Crazy.Link Removed
