I'm just kinda tired of this phrase on most for sale ads. Can we be a little more creative? Any ideas?

Funny, when i saw the thread title, i rolled my eyes and said "not again" but was compelled to look of course. "Throwing back in the ocean"?..I'm sure someone has a funnier one.
In the mountain biking world "This bike climbs like a mountain goat" is equally high on my irksome list.
edit: yes, yes, lets make "flogging the dolphin" the standard phrase. please. "I've decided to flog the dolphin since its just not something i really put to good use that often anymore"
