I have never had anything but good experiences here, but stuff like that (and Grace's Bass etc...) really are a step above, even for TB!!!

When a TB'er shafted me on a deal by shipping an amp with no padding in a box except for a childs innertube and refused any kind of refund, I believe it was BigJoe that offered to ship me an amp and "pay whenever I could" type of situation. I didn't have to take him on the offer, but it was a VERY good gesture.

People on here rock. Period.
