The way some of you were going on about this, I was truly expecting something awful. It's just pictures of stuff, guys..........it just so happens that it's been is an unusual place.
Indeed. My late Mom had a friend who developed emphysema and a number of other respiratory problems and was repeatedly told by her doctor if she continued to smoke, it would end her life prematurely. She ignore him and smoked anyway, and it did indeed kill her. She could have had many more years if she had only listened to her doctor, but no. Like a lot of people, she was being treated for her condition, but continued to behave opposite to what she was told was necessary for her survival.
It's simply context. People have curious imaginations. People lose thier apetite by the mere mention of "poop".
Not the best thread to come across just about 15 minutes before I go to sleep. I can only imagine what horrors my nightmares have in store for me 
Yep. It's an addiction. Ultimately the person has to change the behavior themselves or all of the help they might otherwise get will have no effect. The guy seems destined to die a horrible death, tragically enough.
Like a cassette tape, for instance. How '70s. If you're perverse, just Google "stuck up book."

I know multiple RNs (good friends). Forget the pee hole. The stuff they've removed from brown town is just insane. It is not fit to print to say the least.
Yes it does. If this happens that many times, the man needed to have been committed to a psychiatric hospital where he could have either been kept under constant watch, or fitted with some sort of chastity device that would prevent self-mutilation.
Because his quality of life would have been so much better when effectively incarcerated, right?
Wow! Years ago I worked security at a hospital and I got to see items they took out of guys bums in surgery.
The weird story was a guy who pushed a 10" vibrator so far up him up his you know what that he tore his colon and had to have surgery.
He told the Doctor his girlfriend did it but his parents said he had no GF.
When asked why he waited so long to come in and be seen he said to the staff he had to wait for the batteries to die first
...True story.
In my Security days at a club there was a guy a performance artist (freak) who had like 10 ounces of SS piercings in his Penis and sack area.
I only glanced and quickly turned away in horror as a crowd grew around to see the gruesome site...he drew quite a crowd.
It looked like he had bolts coming out of the thing
