    Boss RE-20 Space Echo
    Zoom MS-60B

so today i bought two pedal a Zoom MS-60B and Boss Space Echo. i was looking for a really good delay and the space echo seems to cover all i need we will know for sure when it gets here. and then i was also looking for a really nice really simple multi effect. ms-60b though fits with my board really well and seems pretty easy to use. what are the forums thoughts on the pedals.

Sorry to be the one, but I suggest you try a search. There are many threads discussing these pedals.

I don't own any of those, but I'm interested in the Space Echo, mainly because it offers delay and reverb in one pedal.

Well, you can do better, but better for the money? The MS-60B is seriously good value, and does not sound bad at all.

I picked up an ms60b a few weeks ago and it's great. I trend to loathe digital pedals but this one is very useful. I don't use it for delay, octave, or dirt at this point as i like the analog stuff I'm already using but the synths, amp sims, modulation, and tuner are all great. Not of boutique sound quality but who expects that and what audience will know?

  7. Do you own a Zoom? For the money, that thing is quite impressive. Sure, you could spend more money, but I'm not sure that you're going to see that much of an improvement especially when playing live.

Sure, analog is great and all, but it really has nothing to do with being a better bass player.

  8. Nevermind. Saw you other "Other Hobbies & Interests" on your profile. I think I will quietly step out of this discussion. Suffice to say that I own a Zoom and a bunch of other analog and digital gear. Your "experience" and my opinion won't see eye-to-eye. Have a nice day.

To the OP, you did good. Enjoy your new pedals!

so just saying i use a parifly larg pedalboard 16 pedals and 1 controller most of it is analog. now this being said. i have a digitech bsw that i don't really use currently. im not looking for synth tones and i saw the zoom it was small and will fit with what i have already. i wasn't asking too much about the zoom what i really wanted to know opinions on was the space echo. it has fascinated me for awhile so i decided to get one. basically i use analog delay and tape echo emulation. for most of my delay. now i have a good analog delay so i will keep with that for now but for tape echo i hsve just been using whatever has come up. now i don't like how the el capistan sounds personally otherwise i would probably use that. but i have heard and seen demos that the space echo really does the job well when it comes to tape delay.

has anyone had problems with the space echo?

I owned the space echo for a minute.
Great sounds at certain settings and the ramp up is sweet. I couldn't deal with the "whoosh whoosh whoosh" sound that it gave in bypass.
