Thumb rest for Yamaha Bb basses?

Can anyone recommend a good thumb rest for a Yamaha BB735 bass? The jazz pickup is too far back and the p pickup is too far forward for my natural position. Something preferably that I don't have to screw in to the wood on the body. I mostly play MM single H style instruments, but I enjoy this instrument a lot

I use a half round clear acrylic 1/2" rod Easy to cut to size and stick down with double sided tape. I have used this on several of my basses. On the broncos I colored the underside with a black marker which really blended it in. Found it on Ebay or Amazon.
