Not really clear on the question as is presented, but looks like everyone is giving their thoughts on that bass you are showing. Seems to me that if you are striving for a "faultless" performance of some kind you would want the very best bass out there. Or at least a good one. The one you're presenting is probably about the worst one you could choose and would very likely not be faultless.

I bought one of the “Burning Fire Style” basses just a few weeks ago and was absolutely amazed when it arrived! I don't know how anyone can produce a bass like this and sell it at retail for $54.95 shipped. China is scary...

I went to the seller's site (Alex Leroy) and looked at the reviews; 2.8 out of 5. There were almost as many with the lowest rating of 1 as all the rest combined (13 to15 actually). In fairness there were 8 five star ratings (highest). That's consistent with mass production combined with out-of-control Q.C. in my opinion.

The page in the link shows no reviews.

Reading Cutter8's review gave me pause, then I thought maybe the price is so low because this run of products has a lot of defective ones. It wouldn't be the first time a manufacturer or distributor has cut a price rather than scrap a bunch of "seconds". There could be thousands, including a handful of well made ones.

I suppose tonight I'll have a nightmare about searching among hundreds of defective instruments, looking for just 1 good one.

I think this is probably dead on. In all likelihood, just got really lucky. I ordered one for sh*ts and giggles, knowing it would be worth the money even if it was trash because I could use it for luthiery practice/trial runs when planning a new mod on another bass. I certainly didn’t really expect to get a decent instrument for $54.95 shipped! It’s impossible for me to believe that the average “Burning Fire” or Glarry Bass is anywhere near as good as the one I got. If I thought they would all be as good, I would order a dozen of them today.

I bought this bass from wish. 43 dollars I did it as a project. Everything you read is a lie. The body isn’t basswood the neck fret board isn’t rosewood the quality of this instrument is poopie on the neck but it sounds good believe it or not. Probably on the level of the cheapest squire basses. I tested this with different pickups and pots and put a test neck on it to see if it will fit and it is something to look at it was definitely a project but with extra parts it sounds very good. It’s super light weight which probably means they are using empress type wood which sounds just like ash wood on a budget. My only complaint is throw out the neck it’s not worth it. The tuners suck the frets are the worst it is the worst I got cuts on my hand from it. I’m looking for a budget good neck and I’ll be set on this
