Thunderbird Club

Between the two, I’d recommend the VP. Used ones are fairly easy to find and might save you a bit of cash. My experience with the Eppi IV is it’s a bit thin on the bottom end. The CP (now discontinued) is a great Bird if you can find one, very modern Gibson Tbird sounding, full, deep rich tone for days. The VP is going to sound much more like the very coveted 1960’s vintage Tbird and is a phenomenally great bass at its typical new or used asking prices.

Ya done good! So which flavor did you get - white, black or burst? Be sure to post a pic when it arrives, we all love to see a shiny new Tbird.
I got the black one. Wanted a white one but they don't make them anymore and those who have them up want a big premium for them. Plus I already have a white Hagstrom Swede Bass in white so now I've got the whole black and white thing going on.

For our KY bird lovers.

Speaking of temps and humidity. This is what 95% humidity looks like in the morning here. It's not hazy because I took the same photography class at Mike and Bob. Almost looks like fog when it's that bad. Fortunately it's not that bad all the time.

Well there was frost on the reserves and sporting fields near home this morning. Brrr.
A big zero this morning, what’s that 32 in American?
