EDIT: I noted this has been posted. Seems so odd. I know it's difficult see below you close up when flying, but I'm still at a loss how the heck you don't see the only other big thing in the sky in front of you.

David Sentendrey at Fox 4 Dallas Fort-Worth posted on Twitter a statement reportedly from the FAA claiming that it was "unknown how many people were on both aircraft."

The planes involved were a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcobra, according to the FAA's statement.


I saw that yesterday, I thought the little plane on top was just playing around came down for a dive and just didn't see the other plane, kind of close to the ground for a dive though, maybe mechanical problem?

This shouldn't have happened.
Loss of people and cool aircraft.
 
That's the only one that has the padding matched to the shape of a IV. It appears to be the same one I have. The others look like generic cases. They would likely work but not form fitting.
