When I visited Dallas a few years back I was shocked when I stepped out of the doors at Love Field, 95 degrees and the same humidity - ugh! It just sucks the life right out of ya!

It's a sanded P neck - played it for about 45 minutes last night, nothing's changed, I don't do P necks well. But, I knew that going in, so no problem. I have this coming in later in the week and while I've never done a neck swap I'm told that it's not difficult.

If the pocket fits, then you just need to make sure the angle is good for string height. For me it’s a fine balance. All my basses except the NR are sanded, unless they came matte finish. I have very sweaty hands. But I don’t have to worry about that anymore, just don’t shake hands if we meet.

all good, back Thurs, just in time for another John Michael extravaganza at Damm winery lol….

We are all so excited now, our guitarist problem is rectified and we've had two really spirited rehearsals (got to play the '64 both times!) with another four before playing Oct.28 for Halloween here: 7 Cedars | Hotel
