It's Sonic Blue, Geoff. :)

Yah, I had a pearl Sonic Blue Kubicki Factor. It was different but called the same.

Sweet! P or J neck?

It's a sanded P neck - played it for about 45 minutes last night, nothing's changed, I don't do P necks well. But, I knew that going in, so no problem. I have this coming in later in the week and while I've never done a neck swap I'm told that it's not difficult.

Neck swaps can be really easy... or not, depending on exact dimensions of the pocket and heel.
IIRC Carlo mostly used Allparts necks, which are pretty close to Fender specs.
