Not on my iPad. But Miles posted a way to find preferences. I like the upgrade just fine now. Except it keeps screaming at me to upgrade my membership. Which I may do. If they would stop nagging me.

My mistake was buying it instead of leasing it and trying to keep it to 100k miles. It developed the dreaded F150 electrolysis problem and kept eating freeze plugs. Ford wouldn’t fix it. We ended up towing it to the Honda dealer and getting a Pilot. The Navigator was a total POS. From the plastic window hardware, to the wipers that never worked. NEVER AGAIN. EVER.

Wow! Don't blame you one bit. The truck has already made it to 104k and runs great. Hopefully it won't turn into your experience.

Frankly, nice as the Genzler seems to be, and Andy Fields designed it, you really should try the basic Broughton HPF/LPF filter. I’m sure if you bought one, and weren’t happy with it, you could sell it to one of us.

I played one once in a shop years ago. Don't recall the model or the cab it went through. Apparently it didn't make much of an impression at the time. Who knows what bass I even used. I lean toward anything that is big and warm sounding.

I don't need more watts from the 900 in the link above, but that seems a really good price for the difference. Most of those online used are a fair amount more.
This is in the classifieds (asking $475). UK made, but that may make no difference.

Last week I had some fun converting a cheap short scale plywood monster into something which felt less like a toy.

It started life as one of THESE

Mid to late eighties, Korean made thing. Got it for 40 Euros. Mine is Vester branded, but you can also find them with Hondo, Cort and a host of other brand names on their headstocks. Now that stock body had some issues, it was delaminating and felt so darn small.

Now I happen to know some really cool people and one of them gave me THIS as a birthday present.

And I was looking at the Vester bass and that body and coming to some conclusions...

Yeah, I admit it, it's not the neatest job, but I had fun and it plays and sounds so much better now.

I like the way you just jump in and do stuff. It's a lot of fun putting instruments together!

Yes and thinks. I agree. They kind of do their thing and if that's what you like it works and if it doesn't in some setting (i.e. with some bass), it just won't.

I was looking at this from GC. Seems cheap for what it is. I don't need that many watts.
Any thoughts on these? I understand the ABMs are more clear/less warm than the cheaper MAGs. True in your experience?

I keep thinking about the EVO II 500 here in the classifieds. Not that I want to replace my Ampeg--unless something else works better for everything. I'm not that loyal to a brand. But maybe my little RM-300 will do the trick. Sure it nice and portable.

I played the ABMs and MAGs back when they were the new guys around town. The UK made ABMs were FAR better than the MAGs. I could've run around with one comfortably but I was touring with a SVT CL and 810e rig at the time. I also owned an Aguilar Tone Hammer for a good bit and LOVED that little class D guy. I should've kept that head and just sold the cabs.
