🤣

Was my luck of the draw with DA.
I much prefer Dunlop and Cobalt flats right now.
Next on tap are the Pressure Wounds, very curious to hear those.
I really like them on a couple basses. Not super bright (but brighter than one might think), great mids (Alloy52), and GHS good lows. Oh, not grippy or dark as D'A half-wounds (ground wounds).

Well I’m a fortnight from a 24hour trip to London…. Stop over is 2 hours in Singapore airport. Economy.

Longest previous flights 3 - 3 1/2 hours.

Furthest north I’ve ever been is Rubyvale in country Qld, which is just past the Tropic of Capricorn.

I’ve never been overseas except to NZ… does that count ? :D

I’m looking forward to it and a bit anxious about it in equal measures.
Apparently gummies are your friend for such long flights. No one talks about Ludes these days, but that might be another option. Those planes only carry so much Guinness. :D

Not much in London. It’s my realignment zone after the flights. :D
A few days wandering around plus a day trip to Canterbury - Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, Dover, jump on a boat at Greenwich back up the Thames to near Westminster.

Then train to Paris for a few days then the train to Mum’s ancestral village in Brittany for a few days.

Train back to London, then next morning fly over to Dublin. 4 days there, I’ve booked a Guinness Storehouse experience thing, the one with the extra pint.
Then I have another 5 or 6 days to float around Ireland, then back home Dublin>London>Singapore>Sydney.
While there in Ireland, head north and check on my forest and let me know they are taking goo care of the place.:smug:

Not for me.

Back in the day there were what was called Dean Markley ground wounds.

My absolute faves in the late 70’s.
Long gone now.

GHS (Brite Flats) are Ground wounds. No one likes them it seems. There is another maker of ground wounds as well other than D'A, but can't recall who right now. Doesn't Roto make a set of Pressure wounds? So you have some options if you want to go in that direction.

Won’t go down that rabbit hole.
Not for now. :smug:
