Need help identifying some bass strings.
Looking for which strings have black ball ends, no silk at the bridge, and light blue silk at the tuners. Appear to be round wound nickels no taper on either end. Any ideas?

PS - I’ve had them on a bass for at about 15 years and would like to replace them with an identical set.
Dean Markley Blue Steel Nickels or older style Stainless Blue Steel?

Post that to the string forum, along with a photo.

I sent this to Geoff, but everyone should watch this. Every time I heat Tommy play I'm even more impressed. Wow!
Some sage advice as well. Ignore the title.

I have the cheapest cutaway & pickup Maton even through I’m an (open chords only) 3 chord strummer. Badly at that.

But I figure if they are good enough for Tommy, Neil Finn, Paul Kelly, Colin Hay and many many more….
