Just another fanfreakingtastic southern rock song. The sort I tend to put on repeat and suddenly it's a couple of hours later.

Well, at least we got a bunch in Hollister!
Just read that guitarist John Sykes has passed away. Amongst other things (Tygers Of Pang Tang, Whitesnake, Blue Murder) he was the last of the "other" lead guitarists in the original Thin Lizzy and while his era 1982-1983 wasn't my fav they still did some great stuff, like this out 'n' out classic song:
I guess the bass player being the leader messes with the camerapeople's minds - they keep showing the bass player!

I prefer the Epiphone 760 Probuckers to the Seymour Duncan.
I didn't love everything they did, but liked a lot of it. That one is classic 70s. I loved their vocal harmonies. I saw them a couple of times live. One was the loudest concert I ever attended and it was huge venue. I also never saw so many Peaveys. As in over their heads. Who knows if they were all working or just boxes. But it was billed as a floating sound system, or something like that. Not sure what that had to do with the amps on stage.

Wow, I actually like the ones on the Epi '64 better than the original 760, the SDs that I put in my Orville are really good to my ears, much more going on.
almost on par with the Thunderbuckers and Lulls.
Too many syllables.Recalcitrant!
I came across this while looking for more info about my 2018 Thunderbird. Kinda cool to see the actual sales brochure for my bass...lots of other 'Birds and assorted Gibson semi-oddities on this site.

The Seymour Duncan's were wound in 2009, they lack balls, to clean for my liking, not sure why maybe SD has gotten better at it.
My favorite Thunderbird pickups.
