Thunderbird Club

There are many programs to help you quit. Meditation, hypnosis, laser treatments, etc. But the best predictor of success is the amount paid for hthe program. Free programs have the poorest success rates, very expensive programs have the highest success rates.

I'm going to see how the cold turkey route works first Pillo.
Luckily i've got great health insurance, so, if i feel i'm starting to crack, i'll contact my primary care doctor.
Thanks for the concern.

So, that means JJR needs to go for a vintage 'Bird, not just some stinkin' garden variety current Gibson or something. Gotta keep it in context here. Go for the most expensive smoking cessation device possible and get a 1963 Thunderbird at the same time. What's not to like?

I still have high hopes for the new Epi.

Just looking out for your health! ;)

It's the least any of us can do for each other, y'know. Maybe you really need a 1963, an Epi, and a gold 2014 Gibson. Now, there's some incentive for ya! Actually, with the price of cigarettes what it is, how long would it take to save enough for all that? A year or two?

Never smoked, but always stayed with them. Most of militant non-smokers are boring people and the normal non-smokers usually follow their friends.
I smoked until 26. Started karate classes and on the first day, the instructor have me a Hammer fist to the chest. Not terrible, but a hard hit. He told me he would do it to me every time until I quit. So, had an incentive
