Definitely know what you are drinking. Reminds me of my introduction to Trappist monks. I never ask for a specific beer when in Europe, just whatever the house has. I was sitting in a bar in Caen (Normandy). I ask for a beer. Very smooth. My customer asks for another cocktail so I ask for another beer. Half way through the second bottle, I go "what the *&&)(*." Through foggy eyes I look at the label, 10.5%. I did finish the second bottle.
When I was last in Germany, I asked the hotel for a good locals restaurant. I ordered a beer with my meal, when I got about 1/2 done with my beer, I took out the car keys and handed them to my work partner and told him "you're driving." Fortunately he was LDS, therefore, not drinking alcohol.
Yeah, I think they are music students from University of Ensenada from the age and level of professionalism.....the selection goes to prove what we all love about music......doesn't matter how or where you play it, a good tune is a good tune...

Why can't epiphone do exclusive colors for the 60's thunderbird? Just saw they are doing a Kerry green firebird exclusive to their online store. If they amde a Kerry Green thunderbird, I think it may be the fastest purchase I ever made
Which restaurant are you eating at (most are great)? I love Ensenada. We used to sleep on the beach in the seventies. Don’t think I would do that now though.
Maybe if I had enough Negra Modelos I could do those….
