Being a history-buff, I was curious as to when this thread started (what year & by who) and discovered a long and winding road. Please correct me here with better information -

Thunderbird Club was started Oct 2007 (?) by wicked_child (?)
someone named Henry (Funkster) managed it until…
Dec 2010 when Mark (#1 member) took over (to present)

There was also an official merging of T-bird clubs at one point, the current one surviving because it was the most active. I assumed Mark being member #1 started the thread/club but am not sure of the details now.

This is Club thread #8 if I remember correctly...

Before that there was of course 7 other club threads consecutively numbered 1-7 with 1000 entries in each, and there was also a separate Epi Thunderbird Club before they both merged...

I`d show my bird but it`s waiting for me to get some fresh satin black spray paint ...& semi gloss clear coat, wet sanding polishing..re-assembly. I still need to invest in some gotoh tuners. I`m thinking that i`ll also have my 2nd bird (and perhaps my last for another while longer) finished by 2016 possibly. goal isnt set in stone its just an idea i may have considering everything i have to get for it.

Been meaning to, just forgetfull i suppose. Too many other priorities beforehand (school and music projects)
