I've found using a small section of 80 sandpaper to roughen/abrade the pot where it will have solder added helps a quick dab of solder to stick the first time. Soldering is all about being efficient with the heating-iron/gun and not overheating connections. I also mostly do a bent tab but a wire has the advantage to lay on the connecting pots with a quick small dab of solder to attach each.

So... Here is the reason for me having been terribly behind these pages for a while...

If all goes according to plans, I'll be swapping my 5 room apartment in Copenhagen for this on the countryside in a few month time:

Been busy fixing up my apartment before the sale, doing several open house sessions, while rehearsing with the band before our gig saturday - and maintaining a full time job at the same time - That should at least count for something! :)
