I rather enjoy the p/j bass having the combination of both the Rick & Thunderbird (color wise not tone)

The PJ actually has a tort PG but I want to change it to a black one.I rather enjoy the p/j bass having the combination of both the Rick & Thunderbird (color wise not tone)

The cat-lined case is pretty much the best thing I've ever seen.

Yes, it definitely freaks people out when they first see it, which is mostly the point. Under the fleece are three layers of 1" styrofoam attached with 3M's #77 aerosol spray adhesive. I wasn't planning on anything unusual inside the case, but when I went to the local fabric store looking for some plain red or green fleece they were having a sale on patterned fleeces and when I saw the kittens I knew what had to be done.
Case or gig bag recommendation? I have an Epi Classic-IV PRO due to arrive today or tomorrow. I don't see myself taking it out of the house more than 3-4 times a year and only in my car for a bit. I'm looking to purchase an inexpensive gig bag or HSC (my preference). Recommendations? I'm not sure what cases would handle it's shape. Thanks.
I bought one of these Gator G-PG bags on a recommendation here and love it. In fact, I use it for any bass that leaves the house. It's a dandy alternative to the much more expensive bags and is pretty well padded/sturdy.

So, currently working the dreaded nights atm... got bored and couldnt sleep today so i mustered up the strength and rebuilt my bird and my gosh, i see why i fell in love with it in the first place....
