If I remember rightly you needed a special lead to get the signal into a standard preamp and a standard lead for studio work and a switch for playing with the output from the pups. If was 40 years ago now, my memory isn't good and I only had it a couple of weeks before it got broken

Long gig tonight! Gotta load in tomorrow at 11 am! We’re playing at Busch Park after the St. Louis Cardinals game. Have to sound check before the first pitch and start playing after the last pitch. Usually fun, but it’s gonna be a cold one tomorrow! After that gig, we pack up and go to another gig at a club. Almost like work

I like the way they say tell you what way to turn the potentiometer "on". Had I been writing those instructions, it would have been "more" because that would be correct.

Yup. The LP5 has volume, tone for each pup and pup mix. I leave everything centered except volume-and I still go fubar occasionally.
