You can tell me to F, off, will not be offended. That's a Warwick bridge, but Hipshot has this that might be very cool as well.

Hipshot 4 String D Style Bass Bridge - Best Bass Gear
Only for teasing me :)

It is too! Invalid Link Removed

The Hipshot is nice too but pricey when you add on import duty

I really want that Hipshot bridge but I can't find one in the UK at all. Bassdirect had them at one time but no idea when again. Importing is just too expensive with shipping and duty so for now I've ordered the Warwick bridge from Thomann. I'm not convinced about the tailpiece with the big "W" on it, if I hate it then I could always make it a string through.

Need to get some truss rods from StewMac and some carbon fibre rods and I'll be ready to start, I'm going to use a double action rod, I've never used one before I've always made my own. They will be black Les Pauls, not sure if I'm going to build them neck through or set neck yet, going to wait for the hardware to arrive and draw the profile before making that decision

What appears to be the same bridge used on the Epi Vintage Pro is available for purchase from a couple sources online. Might be cheaper and easier to get in your part of the world and have less fees attached to it that way. I can't do a search right now but I have seen the same bridge listed from a few sources. On eBay it can be purchased from Philadelphia Luthier Supply.

Practice tonight, and at the completion the President of the local Conference announced that the Governor of NSW will be with in attendance next Thursday. We, as as members of the conference, are also invited to attend the lunch and (potentially) meet the Governor.

Guess I’d better see if I can get some time off work.

(I’m embarrassed to say that I had to google to find out who the Gov is these days. His predecessor, I was a fan of... and I am republican by nature.)

Hey guys, what are these Bartolini pickups worth? I took them out of my Blackbird and replaced them with stock Gibson PUP's. They work fine, I just prefer the tone of the stocks, call me crazy.

Coliseum is roughly the same weight as the 370.... :spit:
ACC lists the 370 as a "Shipping Weight" at 45 pounds, but actual weight is closer to 35-40 pounds.
Sunn (O)) lists the Coliseum (300) at 38 pounds.

Well anyway Will has two ACCs, he needs something else -- ie some other type of large and heavy class AB ampery.

DON'T YOU DARE!!!

When I was newer to this club, I had a couple of incidents that provoked similar thoughts in my head. After a posting similar to yours (above), I was shown that I was appreciated here, and reminded that not everybody is always gonna "get" my sense of humor, and that not everybody thinks the same way, and that occasional misunderstandings are inevitable. If you made your posting with a clear conscience and a good heart... you have to be able to expect a certain degree of understanding from your fellow club members, and each of us should be able to handle little misunderstandings in a mature, respectful manor. If (for instance) 20 people read a posting, and only 1 person sees something "wrong" with it... I think a certain amount of introspection should be considered by that person. I, for one, have thoroughly enjoyed your return, and would be disappointed by your absence or unnatural restraint. You belong here with us, and you make this a better place!:)

+10000 :)
