Jeez. Reminds of move in day into the dorm with my Kasino 200 in ‘76. I thought the RA was going to die.The scrounged PA from hell has two of these:

(Acoustic 811 (horns) and 812 (bass/mid cabinets). Pictures aren't mine, and my 811 cabinets have horns that are painted black, but you get the idea.)
All powered by one of these:

(Acoustic Control 400 power amp. Photo isn't mine either. Mine is a bit rattier. It's a pair of Acoustic 370 amplifier power sections in one big, heavy case.)
All mounted in a plywood rack built for the 400 amp, another smaller power amp for monitors, and a mixer. All scrounged up at various times.
Yes. It's loud. Really loud. No, I don't move it much. Yes, it only moves on wheels. If it had to move more than a few times per year, it would probably all move to a new owner, but dragging out such an impressive looking pile of 1970s overkill is almost as much fun as driving around in a monster truck. I don't have a monster truck, so I do my compensating for inadequacies in other ways.

Thank hun
Do you know that "have you tried the search" or "Google is you're friend" carp annoys me something rotten, it's just so unfriendly and unwelcoming
Oh man, I now regret not elababorating on your drawers and boy was I tempted....Do pets really look like their owners?![]()
Who needs google when all the facts are here. Besides having the Thunderbird experts, there is an array of topics to be found on any given page. Anywhere from science to sex, and everything in between. Just pick one at random. Who knows what can be discovered.
