Thunderbird Club

I wonder how the Fender people would have reacted if someone had showed up from the future to thank them for spawning an industry in turning silverface amps back into the good stuff. :)
probably the same way they reacted when CBS bought Fender in 65, altered the amp line for more "clean headroom" and sales fell tragically..

Since we've veered off topic into 6 string territory, already, does anyone own or has anyone played one of these? I'm specifically interested in the neck and weather or not it really and truly feels like a Strat neck. Thanks in advance

Nah. Too many strings.

If anyone might be interested I've put my Trace Elliot Elf up for sale in the Classies. Not for lack of love, but lack of other, also necessary things ($...).
I'll get another, when things change, as they are wont to do.

...annnnnnnd sold. This facilitates keeping my Acoustic 370. Bonus.

Can't remember if you said or not, but how many of those were made? I'm guessing very little of them are out there.

What Ampeg cab is that in your ad CB?
It's not Ampeg, it's a one-off EAW slant-face 410 that I diy'd into a 210. It was too small to be viable as a 410 bass guitar cab, so I did some shade-tree math, whipped out the skilsaw and some Bond-O, and threw a pair of EMI BP102s into it. Been gigging it for several years now. Heckin' thing's a tank.

Edits...
