Thunderbird Club

Heresy: There are players I have never considered as needing a Thunderbird, such as Jack Bruce, Felix Pappalardi, Noel Redding, and Chris Squire. Their tone is just perfect in their contexts.
Of course, jack and Felix still rocked Gibsons.
Counter-heresy: I would love to hear Tommy Shannon with a Thunderbird, preferably with Stevie and Chris. And Berry Oakley. With Duane, of course. Maybe one day.

(Runs away and locks membership number in a vault.)

Alice is now 70ish and he still rocks a great show.
th

And Alice's band are no slouches. Warning - bird content.

I believe Alice just turned 70 recently. I have seen him twice in the last few years and I have to say, that guy BRINGS IT!!! I spoke to him at a mall on black Friday a few years ago and that Alice seems older and hunched over. Nothing like the guy on stage. Super nice guy any time I have encountered him.

Sounds like you want to join the corner club.

Felix used a T-Bird quite a bit....

Pretty sure Felix used a T Bird on some recordings....

I think Alice turned 70 a year or more ago. Strange to run into him in the mall; I would have guessed on a golf course.

Don't laugh. I remember buying the 45. I think I still have it. Sounded more cool then!
This was the second or third album I ever bought.

It still rocks although it does sound a little dated. My brother and I keep talking about doing fox on the run or ballroom blitz.
